Wyuna Guest Terms & Conditions and Cancellation Policy

BOOKING DEPOSIT AMOUNTS

  • 
1 – 4Nights: FULL ACCOMMODATION TOTAL
  • 
5 - 6 Nights: 50% DEPOSIT
  • 7 Plus Nights: 40% of ACCOMMODATION PLUS EXTRAS (eg Internet, cot hire)
1. Rent for the total period of the booking shall be paid in full before occupancy unless prior arrangements have been made. Payment methods acceptable by cash, cheque or credit card. If payment is made by cheque we request payment forwarded minimum 7 days prior to commencement of occupancy. Cheques will NOT be accepted upon arrival. 2. Occupancy deemed to have commenced as per the arrival date on your booking reservation and ends 9:00am as per date recorded on your reservation unless a late departure has been approved by management. Unauthorised extensions will be charged accordingly. Check-in time commences 1pm – 5pm Monday to Friday, Saturday 12 Noon – 2pm with prior arrangement for those checking -in on a Sunday, Public holiday and outside previously advised check-in times. Please ensure check-in time does not exceed office hours unless prior arrangements have been made. Late check-in may incur additional charges and entry into the building cannot be guaranteed.

3. PLEASE NOTE OFFICE HOURS:

  • MON – FRI 8:30am – 5.00pm
  • SAT 8:30am – 2.00pm
  • SUN & Public Holidays CLOSED.
4. Upon check-in it is mandatory that formal photographic identification eg: drivers licence / passport be produced along with valid credit card. Both of which copies will be held on record for verification purposes with credit card provider or other authorities. A security deposit may also be taken. The amount at manager’s discretion. At no time during the occupancy by the tenant shall more than the number of persons shown on the receipt/s issued reside overnight at the premises, without the prior consent of the Manager. Extra charges will apply otherwise. 5. The tenant will be liable for payment of any charges incurred by any guest together with all replacements and necessary costs for any damage or loss to the apartment and its contents or the Body Corporate property. 6. The apartment must not be used for any unlawful purpose or activity; nor treated as a “party house” 7. One car park is allocated per unit. The apartment number reflects the car park space and is clearly numbered. Guests must only park cars in the designated area. Car Park height clearance 1900mm 8. No animals or pets are to be brought into the complex. 
8. Neither the Body Corporate, the Residential Manager, nor the Apartment owner is liable for any damage or loss of property which a guest may sustain while on the complex. 9. The by-laws, rules and regulations of the complex and any reasonable direction of the Manager must be complied with. The apartment must be vacated if after any tenant or guest receiving a warning, any guest fails to comply with that warning. 10. There is no refund for early departure. 11. The Manager may inspect the apartment at any time with reasonable notice and at any time without notice if the Manager is of the opinion that there has been a breach of these conditions. 12. The Manager and the apartment owner are not responsible for any misdescription of the apartment. 13. In the event of the Guest/Tenant desiring to cancel their booking, a refund of the deposit will apply only in the following circumstances. 
29 days minimum notification of cancellation prior to reservation check in date - Full refund of deposit less an administrative fee of AUD$100 will be refunded to the nominated card in which the original booking was made. 
28 – 14 days notification of cancellation prior to reservation check in date – Management reserves the right to withhold the Deposit.. Where Management is successful in obtaining a replacement booking for the booking period a cancellation fee of AUD $150 per week applies. Refund amounts will be forwarded to the nominated card in which the original booking was made 
13 – 8 days notification of cancellation prior to reservation check in date – No refund on deposit paid. 
7 – 0 days notification of cancellation or in the event of a “No Show” No refund given. Full amount of the accommodation applies

NO REFUNDS FOR ‘SCHOOLIES” AS OUR BOOKING POLICY ADVISES THESE RESERVATIONS ARE NOT PERMITTED.

NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURE.

NO REFUNDS WHERE GUESTS ARE IN BREACH OF OCCUPANCY CONDITIONS OR BODY CORPORATE RULES.

MANAGEMENT WILL ENFORCE THE EVICTION OF ANY GUEST AND THE REMOVAL OF GUESTS PROPERTY. COSTS TO BE BORNE BY GUEST.

14. The Guest authorises the Manager to charge any credit card, retain cash from security bond and or further pursue settlement to recoup for loss, damage or monetary contribution for which any guest/tenant is liable under this document or otherwise. 15. In the event the premises becomes unavailable for occupancy due to unforseen circumstances fire, storm damage, change of ownership, then the Manager will inform the guest/tenant immediately and endeavour to obtain a suitable alternative premise for this tenancy. In the unlikely event of substitution failing which any monies paid are to be refunded to the tenant/guest. 16. If the occupancy ends or is terminated, the guest/tenant must immediately vacate the apartment building. The Manager is authorised to do whatever is required to enforce the eviction of any Guest and removal of Guests property. Any cost incurred to be borne by guest.

IN THE EVENT OF THE GUEST DESIRING TO CANCEL THEIR RESERVATION; A REFUND WILL APPLY ONLY IN THE FOLLOWING CIRCUMSTANCES
